Hampstead and Highgate Festival returns for 2010

Posted by news desk in Archive, 3rd August 2010, 8:26am

The Hampstead and Highgate Festival of over 40 arts events will once again be squeezed into nine days at the end of September and beginning of October this year.

Events, including music (classical and jazz), walks, talks, theatre, film, and looking at the night skies at the observatory, take place in various venues across Hampstead and Highgate.

Artists performing this year range from Simon Callow to Dame Felicity Lott, and from Jonathan Miller to Naomi Wilkinson.

In the past the festival has drawn visitors from across London and beyond, and with a new team behind the festival this year, artistic director Danny Driver and festival director Gwenneth Bransby-Zachary, the 2010 show should be no different.

Full event listings are available at www.hamandhighfest.co.uk.
